TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Your dog(s) will be walked on a lead unless prior agreement has been reached.
2) I am unable to walk any bitches on heat as part of a group walk, but an individual walk can be arranged which will be charged slightly higher than a normal walk.
3) I must be advised of any behavioural problems, vices or traits of your dog(s) at the time of your booking.
4) I ask that your dog(s) is/are in good health and has/have been kept up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatments. I insist that you advise me of any existing medical conditions at the time of your booking.
5) Emergency contact details must be provided, but if you are not contactable and a decision has to be made, appropriate action will be taken with the assistance of a veterinary surgeon.
6) You may cancel any booking with no charge by giving at least 24 hours notice. Should you fail to give appropriate notice you will be chared 50% of the booking fee.
7) All clients will be held responsible for any costs incurred, either veterinary or other, as a result of sickness, accident or damage caused to or by their dog(s), except 3rd party liability. Clients will be responsible for paying any such costs or expenses on demand and no liability will attach to Walkies of Ruislip.
8) I will care for your dog(s) as if it was my own. All measures will be taken to ensure your dog(s) will be cared for, but I cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to your dog(s) either inside or outside your home whilst in my care.
9) For house sitting, the client must accept that I need to carry out my own routine day to day duties. Walkies of Ruislip undertakes not to leave any dog(s) unattented for longer than 4 hours at any time. Walkies of Ruislip will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the client's home and contents, but cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, however caused.
10) A single house sitting visit lasts 45 minutes.
11) For Dog Holidays all food, any medicines and supplements for the duration of your dog(s) stay are to be provided by the client to ensure consistancy. I also ask that you provide personal items to make your dog(s) stay as pleasent as possible (i.e. bedding, favourite toys etc.). Earliest drop off is 8am and latest collection 9pm. All Dog Holidays will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total fee. (Deposits are non refundable except where the booking is cancelled by Walkies of Ruislip.)
12) I insist that all Dog Holidays boarders spend a trial night prior to your main booking to ensure your dog(s) are completely comfortable in my home. This is charged at the standard rate of £20 for 24 hrs.
13) Full payment for services is due at the end of each week by cash or cheque made payable to "Stephen Ludlow".
14) Before taking your booking Walkies of Ruislip will arrange to meet you and your dog(s). This meeting is free of charge and without obligation.
